  • We start by meeting 1:1 to assess your readiness for coaching, explore what’s working and what’s not in your life and work, and discuss the challenges you’re facing. Ultimately, we’re laying the groundwork to identify the opportunities and outcomes you want to achieve.

  • In 1 - 2 hours, we capture where you are personally and professionally, create a baseline vision, and examine what’s working, key challenges, and what matters most. This is your orientation to transformational coaching. We introduce coaching tools, including assessment frameworks, deep listening, coaching insight and intuition, presence, saboteurs, and mindset exploration. Identify needs and aspirations to leverage and grow.

  • Following the Baseline Session, there is an opportunity to craft a Learning and Development Roadmap. This will set the stage for the coaching engagement. The Map will be shaped by who you are, who you want to be, and what you want to do. It often includes intentions, priorities, timelines, and a check-in schedule, and may reference some of the tools and exercises we’ll utilize to pursue learning and development..

  • The initial coaching engagement focuses on clarifying and pursuing desired changes. While the sessions will be confidential and customized to the participant’s needs, common themes include experiencing new levels of self-awareness, understanding blind spots, enjoying increased ease in relationships, acquiring new capabilities, bringing more of who you are to work and life, examining self-concept, and reaching and readjusting goals.

  • Coaching engagements have an arc that is based upon the agreements set in collaboration between the client and coach. The coach holds the space for these agreements to guide the processes of growth & engagement.

    We review where you’ve been, what you’ve learned and achieved, and what’s next. Evaluate the trajectory and benefits of the coaching process.

    When the client and coach feel the client is incorporating desired ways of being and doing into their lives, they will discuss whether to continue, pause, or end the current coaching engagement

  • Building upon the first two sessions, we create a Leadership Learning & Development Roadmap. This identifies goals, challenges, stakeholders, and outcomes, as well as the tools and exercises we’ll leverage to achieve desired 9utcomes. The Roadmap sets the stage for a leadership or departmental team coaching engagement, and includes intentions, priorities, timelines, and a check-in schedule.

  • Executive coaching, mentor coaching, team coaching engagements, workshops for leaders and teams on leadership development, aligning strategy with culture and purpose, and customized topics in leadership and sustainable business leadership.
