With coaching insight, intuition, and support, we increase your capacity to achieve growth and the likelihood of positive change in response to the challenges of cultural stress and environmental instability.

Exactly how we work together will vary based on your needs & aspirations, but we start with your strengths and address opportunities and dilemmas head-on.

The process generally includes these steps:

1 - Schedule Complimentary Discovery Session

In 30-60 minutes, I’ll meet you where you are. In our discovery, I’ll learn about you, you’ll learn about Hedgehog, and we’ll figure out the best ways to work together to help clarify what you care about and what you hope to achieve.

2 - Explore Your Baseline

In a 90-minute coaching session plus some outside work, we’ll assess your core values, big why, what’s working and not, what you want to change, and your mindset about your talents and aspirations. We use coaching tools & frameworks to identify and illuminate your leadership strengths and saboteurs.

3 - Design Learning & Development Roadmap

Based on the findings so far and powerful questions, we utilize strategy and intention to develop a customized Coaching Growth and Development Plan. We consider mindset, beliefs, and self-perceptions, create your leadership vision and strategy, and reimagine who you are as a leader and how to achieve the change you seek.

4 - Experience Shift & Alignment

Gain clarity, intention, and understanding via the Coaching process. Neuroscience tells us meeting 2x a month is a good cadence. Experience new levels of self-awareness, connection, and alignment. Common themes: understand blind spots, enjoy increased ease in relationships, acquire new capabilities, overcome impostor syndrome, bring more of who you are to your life and work, gain trust, and reach your goals.

5 - Evaluate Coaching Arc and Progress

We’ll know when it’s time to evaluate how we’re doing in line with your Learning & Development Map. Do we have momentum, and is there more to do right now? Is it time for a pause? Do we sense that we have reached your initial goals? Is it time to close this coaching engagement?
